Akari Yoshida announces marriage

8 Apr – Akari Yoshida recently announced that she is now married to her non-showbiz boyfriend.

Sharing the good news on 6 April, the former NMB48 member expressed, "I have reported this a while back on YouTube, but this time, I am married. We have gone this far with the support of everyone. I am so grateful."

"I am still very immature, but with my new life, I hope to expand the scope of my activities and producing new works. I will do it with all my power... We ask for your continuous support," she added.

Akari's new husband is not from the showbiz industry

Fans and friends alike took to the comments to wish her well, including singer-actress Rie Kitahara, who posted, "Congratulations Akari!"

Akari graduated from NMB48 back in December 2020. She had since been busy working on various projects including creating her own YouTube channel.
