Aisyah Aziz finds solace in new change
3 Jan - Aisyah Aziz surprised many and made many of her fans happy when she appeared wearing a hijab during a performance that she uploaded on Instagram.
Speaking about the change on Instagram Story, the Singaporean singer-songwriter and sister of Aliff Aziz stated that she prayed to Allah to grant her clarity.
"[I asked Him to] allow me to catch on to Your sins and be strong enough to let go of what needs to go," she said.
Aisyah said that by asking for strength, He has allowed her the opportunity to be strong.

"Allah truly tested me in January '23 only to send His guide my way. I found solat through friends... I found solace in solitude. I found new connection with [my parents]. I found meaning in modesty. I found myself crying in fetal position by myself at home, questioning whether I will get out of the attachments to worldly things and then found myself performing Umrah by the end of it. Allah is the Greatest," she posted.
Aisyah stated that she is thankful for everything, and hopes to be able to continue to improve herself in the New Year.
