Adam Cheng touched by daughter's decision

18 Apr - Cantopop singer Adam Cheng admitted that he was very touched by his daughter Joyce Cheng's willingness to drop everything just to perform at his concert.

As reported on Oriental Daily, the singer, who is celebrating his 50th year in music with an upcoming concert series, "Adam Cheng World Tour" in May, shared that he knew how busy his daughter has been, which is why he didn't expect her to say yes.

"I am moved by my daughter's sincerity. It's a pity that we couldn't get as many opportunities like this, where we can both perform on stage together," he added.

As for Joyce's involvement in the show, Adam shared that his daughter will perform her hit song "Goddess", although with some slight changes.

Adam also revealed that he has been busy rehearsing his songs and dances for the upcoming show, which will kick off on 28 May at the Hong Kong Coliseum.
