Aaron Yan's case has attracted the authorities
26 Jun – Aaron Yan's former lover Chiu Yao Le recently revealed that the actor's case is now going to the higher ups.
On 24 June, the influencer posted on his Instagram Story, saying that he has arrived to cooperate with the investigation.
"All pending judicial investigation," he added.
The 21-year-old, whose press conference was ambushed by Aaron last week, had already told the media that he will not accept the actor's apology, of which he deemed dishonest as Aaron had never tried to do so prior to his exposé.
In a social media post he shared earlier, Yao Le claimed that he and Aaron were together when he was 17 and that the actor recorded their lovemaking which was eventually leaked onto the internet in 2018.
Aaron had since denied that the video was intentionally leaked.
Earlier, the Taiwan Shilin District Prosecutors Office announced that it will be probing the case due to the fact that Yao Le was a minor during his relationship with Aaron, and that the actor might have breached the Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act.
