Aaron Yan admits to being in a relationship
12 Aug - Aaron Yan has recently admitted to have been in a relationship for the past three years.
The singer-actor, who has been slowly making his comeback following the charges of filming and leaking sex videos of a minor a few months ago, shared on Chinese Valentine's Day that he has been dating a special someone who is partly in showbiz.
"The person has been with me through many ups and downs. In terms of relationship, it was difficult for me to believe and be willing to fully invest because I have had very bad experience in the past," he said.
Aaron, however, admitted that his beloved is someone whom he is willing to give everything to and risk getting hurt.
He then laughed and said, "The other person has a dull personality and might not even be moved by this [confession]."
It was back in May that the singer was given a seven-month suspended prison sentence for filming and leaking intimate videos of a minor in the period 2017-2018, after his accuser, an internet personality named Raku accused Aaron of forcing him to having sexual intercourse at Aaron's home, filming the acts without his consent, and leaking the videos. Raku was 17 at the time.
