58 F&B establishments win Bib Gourmand award in Michelin Guide Singapore 2019

SINGAPORE — Michelin on Tuesday (10 September) announced that it has awarded a total of 58 F&B establishments with a Bib Gourmand award in the Michelin Guide Singapore 2019. There are eight more additions than last year, that made it to the list. Out of the 58 eateries, 33 are hawker stalls, 6 are street food establishments and the remaining 19 are restaurants.

19 restaurants, two more than last year, also receive the Bib Gourmand recognition. Serving food inspired by Indian, Malay or Chinese influences, these addresses showcase the diversity of Singapore’s cuisine as a crossroads of flavours.

The 12 new Bib Gourmands honoured are: Anglo Indian (Shenton Way), Beach Road Fish Head Bee Hoon (Whampoa Makan Place), Bedok Chwee Kueh (Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre), Chef Kang's Noodle House, Chen's Mapo Tofu, Fu Ming Cooked Food (Redhill Food Centre), Guan Kee Fried Kway Teow (Ghim Moh Market and Food Centre), Hjh Maimunah (Jalan Pisang), Hock Hai (Hong Lim) Curry Chicken Noodle (Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre), Indocafe - The White House, Koh Brother Pig's Organ Soup (Tiong Bahru Market) and To-Ricos Guo Shi (Old Airport Road Food Centre).
