OLLELLA Ah Mah

The collaborative concept of OLLELLA ∞ Ah Mah rolls out a series of National Day limited-edition products inspired by local flavours. OLLELLA specialises in traditional kueh, and Ah Mah is known for its freshly baked castella cakes. All the goodies are handmade and freshly prepared daily on-site.

Sink your teeth into OLLELLA’s chendol kueh (S$1.50 per piece), a layered treat comprising red bean, gula Melaka balanced with a touch of salt, and chendol made using natural pandan juice. For something more traditional, pick up the yam cake (S$2 per 120g) made with cubes of steamed yam, and perked up with dried shrimp, dried shiitake mushrooms, sweet preserved radish and shallots.

If you are a fan of the ultra fluffy castella cake, try the Pandan Chendol Castella Cake (S$12 per portion). The super airy sponge cake is woven with handmade chendol and red bean paste, and then generously sprinkled with shredded coconut and gula melaka. This assortment of kueh and castella cakes will be available for sale until 25 August.
