1. Full Of Luck Club

The brainchild of Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant, Full Of Luck Club offers a progressive and contemporary take on Cantonese cuisine. Tuck into the satisfying bao burgers, which come in steamed and fried options, alongside hearty dishes like the Moonlight Truffle Beef Horfun. An unexpected favourite of ours was the meatless Panko-Crusted Portobello Bao.

3. Dojo

Dojo does excellent burgers and snacks but don’t miss out on their Komba Bao. The duo of deep-fried, crispy mantou buns come with tender chunks of braised pork belly within. If you’re up for it, add an extra topping of curry for a sinful treat. Be warned though, the gravy can get messy!
