What’s something you can eat all day, every day? No, I’m not asking about your favourite food; I’m talking about dim sum and how it can be enjoyed any time of day.

These delicious bites make for perfect breakfasts, suppers or snacks. I can’t get enough of them and I’m pretty sure you can’t, too. Better yet, if it’s easy on the wallet. Fellow dim sum lovers, allow me to let you in on the perfect promotion: Kimly Dim Sum is having a 3 for S$5 deal at selected outlets.

Yes, you read that right. From now until 30 Jun 2024, you can get any 3 menu items of your choice. That’s a satisfying dim sum fix amounting to a singular green bill!

In case you’re not already familiar with the brand, Kimly Dim Sum is helmed by the Kimly Group and serves up handmade dim sum from 49 neighbourhood locations islandwide.

While the Kimly Group has yet to put up a formal announcement of any sort on their social media pages, we’ve confirmed with them that the promotion is available at 6 selected outlets. These are: Blk 347 Ang Mo Kio, Blk 153A Serangoon North Ave 1, Blk 376 Bukit Batok St 31, Blk 631 Bedok Reservoir, Blk 303 Jurong East St 32 and Blk 65 Telok Blangah Dr.

In true kiam siap Singaporean fashion, you might already be wondering about what’ll give you bang for your buck. The most expensive menu items are the Century Egg Pork Porridge (S$2.50) and Char Siew/Prawn Chee Cheong Fun (S$2.40).

There are also various items priced at S$2.20, including steamed favourites like Steamed Yam Cake and Har Gao (3 pieces). I foresee the Siew Mai (S$2 for 3 pieces), Fried Carrot Cake (S$1.10) and Fried Prawn Dumpling (S$1) being popular choices as well.

Of course, there are comforting steamed baos available too, including Big Bao (S$1.80), Char Siew Bao (S$1.60 for 2 pieces), Custard Bao (S$1) and my personal favourite Bak Kwa Bao (S$1.10).
