This $29 Million Hidden Hills Home Is a Warm and Woody Retreat
California’s guard-gated and celeb-packed Hidden Hills enclave, about 30 miles outside downtown L.A. and home to Kim Kardashian, Matt Stafford, Jessica Simpson, and more, just got a brand-new $29 million listing that’s primed for an a-list buyer. Dubbed Clover Hill, the minimalist retreat was recently constructed by Steele Builders Inc. On the market with Tomer Fridman, Chantal Mehrabanian, Dana Olmes, and Jeff Biebuyck of Compass, the palatial pad offers a whopping 16,000 square feet of living space with seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

In many ways, the minimalist home feels like an airy modern cabin thanks to tons of floor-to-ceiling wood paneling and swaths of neutral tones. At the same time, there are huge stretches of glass that create this kind of indoor-outdoor harmony.
The layout is relatively simple. Beyond the foyer and ample living and dining rooms, the latter with a walk-in wine room, an entertainment-friendly great room has a fireside family room at one end and a gourmet chef’s kitchen with dual waterfall-edged islands and top-of-the-line appliances at the other.
