"100 Tula Para Kay Stella" to get a sequel

30 Jan – Good news to fans of "100 Tula Para Kay Stella" - there will be a sequel soon!

As reported on Rappler, the good news was shared by director Jason Paul Laxamana, who tweeted a photo of him with the poster of the new film.

He captioned it, "And it's official", with the hashtag "100 Tula Para Kay Stella 2".

The sequel will star both original cast members JC Santos and Bela Padilla.

The original 2017 movie stars Santos as Fidel Lansangan, a student with a speech impediment who secretly writes poems for fellow freshman, Stella (Bela Padilla), of whom he admired.

On the other hand, both Santos and Padilla are also starring in the new movie, "On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets" - which will be released in cinemas on 5 February.

Anger mounts over China's response to deadly car attack
STORY: China's government faced mounting anger Wednesday over its handling of the deadly car attack there earlier in the week - and appeared to be taking steps to limit news of the incident. On Monday, a man drove into a crowd at a sports center, killing 35 and injuring 43. But the government took nearly a day to announce the death toll, and the incident has been little reported by state media.
