Ease your longing for Taiwan with MuYoo’s new Milk Tea series

It’s been a year since borders have closed in Singapore, which forced us to bid goodbye to Taiwan (for now), the land of street food and bubble tea. If it’s one of those days where you’re missing the experience of sipping milk tea on its bustling streets, you can now live out your dreams vicariously through MuYoo’s new Taiwan Milk Tea series, launched on 28 April 2021.

MuYoo is a Taiwanese-style bakery offering a variety of breads, loaves and pastries. Its mochi bread are crowd favourites, with flavours like Black Sesame Mochi, Earl Grey Custard and more that offer oozing goodness with every bite. Now, you can pair them with their newly curated healthy milk teas, with both names and looks that are on-point.

Streaking the walls of the cup with purple hues, Only You (sweet potato) and Purple Treasure (glutinous rice and yoghurt) are reminiscent of desserts that you don’t want to miss. Fans of monochrome will be enticed with an all-grey cup of Black Gold (black sesame), which looks like a beautiful, impending storm. If you’re a fan of Taiwanese romance films, an ice-blended cup of Puppy Love (red bean) can make you feel as though you’re the star in one. Last but not the least, White Winter (wintermelon) sounds like a perfect idea to beat the heat.

These new milk teas are made with organic and fresh ingredients flown in from Taiwan, which are also used in their breads and pastries. With flavours that contain the essence of Taiwanese bubble tea shops, try these new drinks that are only available at their Changi City Point outlet, to have a taste of what it’s like to be travelling again.
