Bella Astillah applauded for performance in China

3 May - While her estranged husband Aliff Aziz's scandals continue to make headlines, Bella Astillah had her fans cheering for her as she shared photos from her recent performance in China.

The singer-actress, who represented Malaysia at the Wuhu Shenshan Music Festival, performed two songs at the event, Na Ying's "Zheng Fu" (previously performed by Shila Amzah at the Asian Wave 2012), as well as Marsha Milan and Velvet's "Sumandak Sabah".

The 30-year-old singer also took to Instagram to share her performance to fans in Malaysia, writing, "Praise be to God. My work in China is done. I am a proud Sabahan and Malaysian."

In another post, where she shared photos of her in a traditional costume as she performed Marsha's said song, she wrote, "Thank you to everybody for your support and for always praying for me. Praise be to God."

Many took to social media to congratulate the singer. One follower wrote, "Fly high. Bella, you deserve it."

Another posted, "Do not play around with Malaysian netizens. If you're bad, they will make you fall. But if you're a good person like Bella, they will send you all the way to China. Move forward, Bella!"
