Zul Ariffin tries his hand at hosting next?
7 Jul – Popular actor Zul Ariffin did not turn down the opportunity to try his hand at hosting next, when he was recently offered the chance to host the programme "Melodi" with Janna Nick.
"I was nervous, especially since this was a new thing for me. But I didn't want to put too much pressure on myself since it was my first try. What I did was just be myself as I hosted the show alongside Janna.
"I only thought of having fun with the task. Because of that, I presented a natural hosting style without being showy or fake. What's important is I managed to deliver each information well," he said, as per Harian Metro.
The "J Revolusi" actor added that even though he was nervous, he gained a lot of new experiences throughout the programme's filming.
The 34-year-old actor also thanked his co-host Janna who helped him a lot during hosting and the whole production crew who really helped his hosting duty go smoothly.
In related news, Zul will be returning to the big screen soon with "J Retribusi", a sequel to 2017's "J Revolusi" which will see him reprising his starring role as Jay Zulkarnain, a member of Malaysia's UTK (Unit Tindakan Khas / Special Actions Unit).
The movie is still in post-production and is expected to be released next year.
