Zanjoe Marudo excited about role in new series
29 Sep – Zanjoe Marudo wants viewers to see a different side of him through his character Anton in the new Dreamscape series, "Walang Hanggang Paalam".
As reported on Push, the actor who spoke about the new series during the virtual mediacon held earlier, stated that even he was surprised upon reading the role in the script, as Anton was not a cookie cutter character.
"He has many issues in life with his family, his loved ones, with Celine and of course with [Celine's ex] Emman. He is insecure and jealous. It is so exciting because this will be my first time doing such a character," he said.
Marudo revealed that he and the other actors were able to start working on the drama before the previous enhanced community quarantine, and continued with the locked-in taping in Zambales.
The new series premiered on 28 September on the Kapamilya Channel. It co-stars Angelica Panganiban, Paulo Avelino, Arci Munoz, Jake Cuenca and Cherry Pie Picache among others.
