Zaina Sze and manager doing much better with COVID treatment

28 Jul – Both Zaina Sze and her manager Apple are doing much better several days after they were warded for COVID-19.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer who became the first celebrity in Hong Kong to contract the coronavirus, shared that both her blood test and blood pressure are normal, and that she will undergo another test to determine if she is still positive for COVID-19.

"My family has been bringing me a lot of supplies and daily necessities including shower necessities and salt. The salt was for me to gargle with water as it helps sterilisation," she said.

As for Apple, the talent manager stated that she hasn't experienced any fever and her blood pressure is normal.

"I had a room all to myself earlier, but since the number of confirmed cases have increased and the beds are insufficient, I have been transferred to a three-person ward. For safety reasons, I decided to wear a mask to sleep," she said.

Apple also thanked the medical staff for their attentiveness, and hopes that the pandemic will subside soon.
