18 Dec - BY2's Yumi Bai has recently lodged a police report following allegations that she was one of Wang Leehom's supposed affairs.

As reported on Oriental Daily, the singer took such action after a netizen surnamed Chen accused her in a now-deleted post of being with Leehom prior and after the singer tied the knot with now ex-wife Lee Jinglei.

Chen also shared several photos of Leehom and Yumi acting chummy, including one with the Singaporean singer casually draping her arms around Leehom's shoulders.

On 18 December, BY2 Studio shared the said police report on social media and wrote, "Human words are terrible and it can kill people. Sorry to trouble the police officers in the middle of the night. Thank you for your hard work."

Prior to the police report, on 16 December, just before Leehom's wife Lee Jinglei released an expose on the singer and his many alleged infidelities, the studio released a statement denying rumours of Leehom and Yumi's relationship and threated legal action against slanderers.

The company also stated that such false information caused misunderstandings among the public and the media alike, and has seriously damaged BY2's reputation.
