You can have lunch with Leonardo DiCaprio in Edinburgh for just £5

Ever fancied sharing a meal with Leonardo DiCaprio?

Well, today’s your lucky day then, because a competition has been launched where the winner will get to have dinner with the Oscar-winner in Edinburgh.

Plus, at the same time, you’ll also be helping to raise money for the homeless, too.

As well as the lunch with DiCaprio, if you’re lucky enough to win you’ll also receive an overnight stay with dinner at The George Hotel, 1st class travel within Scotland with ScotRail, as well as a £1,000 Champagne and shopping experience at George Street’s ROX.

All that it costs to enter is £5, which will then be used to buy a homeless person a meal and a hot drink as all of the donations will go to Edinburgh’s Home, a brand new restaurant from Social Bite and Maison Bleue, a social enterprise and restaurant, respectively.

George Clooney took part in a similar trip last year, visiting the Social Bite café in November 2015 to support the homeless.

The ‘Good Night And Good Luck’ actor and director donated £650 to the cause, before then sharing lunch with the winner of last year’s competition 32-year-old Heather McGowan from Glasgow.

Like Clooney last year, DiCaprio will then go on to deliver the keynote speech at the Scottish Business Awards alongside Sir Tom Hunter.

Those of you that want to enter the competition must follow this link to do so, while you just have to make sure that you’re free on November 17.
