Yassi Pressman denies considered for "Darna"
27 Feb - Yassi Pressman has denied rumours saying that she has received an offer to play Filipino female superhero, Darna.
As reported on Sunstar, the actress, who appeared at the contract-signing ceremony held by ABS-CBN recently, stated that she is flattered that some even considered her to be in the list of stars to play the iconic heroine.
"I saw it on Twitter, on Facebook, but it's not true. Even if I don't get to play the role, I am still delighted that people think I am a possible candidate. I am thankful, but it's not really true," she said.
On the other hand, Pressman stated that she is excited about being a Kapamilya for the next two years.
"It's an honour. I am excited for this year, and for the next two years," she enthused.
