Wu Chun could have been the real prince of Brunei

24 Oct - Fahrenheit member Wu Chun is known to his fans as the "Prince of Brunei" for his good looks and music talent. But did you know that the Brunei-born singer nearly became the real prince of Brunei himself?

As reported on China Times, the singer shared on the reality show "Where Are We Going, Dad?" that the royal family, known for their love of children, had wanted to adopt him when he was just a child.

Wu said that the King's sister asked for his father's permission to take Wu to live with her, adding that she will pay him a hefty sum for it. However, his father decided not to agree to it.

"It's fortunate that my father said no, because compared to being a prince and living a wealthy life, I would rather live with my own family," he added.

When asked if he would allow other people to adopt his kids Nei Nei and Max, he replied that he would rather fight and get killed than lose them.

On the same show, Wu also revealed that he gave up his studies in Australia to come home to his then-girlfriend, now his wife, saying that he couldn't bear living without her.
