The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021
Following the pause in awards in 2020 due to Covid, The World’s 50 Best is back with this year’s edition of the coveted list. Held in Antwerp, Belgium, the awards ceremony was streamed live globally.
A while back, the 51-100 list was revealed, celebrating restaurants from across the world and 13 new entrants. The list featured more Asian establishments than ever before. The list has been compiled from votes by a panel of over a thousand experts in gastronomy from around the world including renowned international chefs and food journalists.
