For the first episode of ‘Women On Top’, we focus on female tailor Sheryl Yeo, a former marketing manager who left her 9 to 5 desk job to try her hand in tailoring, and never looked back since. After finishing her apprenticeship with a tailor in Singapore, she founded her own custom garment label 3EIGHTH. Here’s what she has to say about the challenges of starting her own label and why she is providing a service to not just women, but non-gender conforming groups.
