Fundraising accounts are an excellent way to fund a dream project, a charity or medical work.

But one woman appears to be using hers to fund her lavish lifestyle.

Margarita Tomovska, 27, has created a fundraising page on GoFundMe to encourage the public to donate $100,000 Australian dollars (£55,000) because she can’t get a job.

This isn’t the first time Tomovska, dubbed the ‘Mercedes Mum’ has hit headlines.

Last year she raised some eyebrows after allegedly clocking up 125mph during a police chase in her £206,000 car.

During the six-mile chase, her toddler daughter was in the backseat without a seatbelt on.

The police in New South Wales, where Tomovska lives, restricted her rights to see her daughter after the altercations.

She wrote on her GoFundMe page: “They have made it very hard for me to maintain a job as no one would hire me due to the bullshit from raptor and ACA combined.”

Raptor is the New South Wales police organisation and the ACA is the Australian Childcare Alliance.

She continued: “So I created this GoFund me [sic] to raise some support against the bullshit that they have done to me and everyone else. It's about time we fight back. Enough is enough!”

The woman regularly posts pictures on Instagram featuring designer bags and luxury cars. She also regularly posts pictures of herself at the casino.

Many people have taken to GoFundMe to air their concerns over her page.

One user wrote: “Sell everything you have and you don’t need to go out asking for money.”

“Who will be dumb enough to donate to this fraud?” Another commented.

There are reams of comments all brandishing the woman as “selfish” and “disgusting”.
