Hello! If you've come here for an update on the royal "feud" that might not even exist, you're in luck, because a royal expert just spilled some very important tea to Entertainment Tonight.

According to Katie Nicholl, when Harry and Meghan first got married, Meghan had a very roll-up-her-sleeves attitude about adjusting to royal life and taking on the work, which ruffled some feathers.

"Possibly Kate does feel a little eclipsed by Meghan, who's just come along to such huge media interests, public interests and being so successful from the start," she said.

Apparently, there's still some concern about the two women battling for headlines. This week, for example, they had engagements on the same day, which seemed weird considering they'd be "competing" for attention.

"I think there was a lot of worry about whether one would upstage the other," Nicholl said. "That didn't happen, but there does seem to be a little concern about the two women carrying out engagements on the same day. At least because the newspapers don't seem to know who to put on their front page."

Nicholl said the rumors about Kate and Meghan not getting along aren't true. Basically, they haven't known each other for that long, and they're still very much in the early stages of their relationship. A firm friendship could "well blossom." It's apparently not "out of the question," which is an odd way to phrase it??

Part of the problem is that for so long it was just Harry, Will, and Kate. Now there's a fourth person, which takes some adjusting.

Meghan and Harry are about to move to Frogmore Cottage, which is about an hour from Kate and Will's Kensington Palace home. Nicholl said it looks like they'll be living more separate lives in the future.

"Inevitably it's going to mean that we see less of them working together and more of them striking out independently," she said.

Okay! Guess that majorly clears the air/sets the record straight/all the things. RIP to all the Meg/Harry/Will/Kate pics that could have been.
