A hologram tour in honour of Whitney Houston, titled An Evening With Whitney Houston, is set to hit the UK and Ireland next week.
The music legend - who died on February 11, 2012 - will be remembered with a string of virtual concerts, which will start from 25 February, eight years after her death.
The tour will feature a collection of Houston’s hits including I Wanna Dance With Somebody and The Greatest Love Of All.
The upcoming shows will be staged by Base Entertainment, who were behind the hologram shows of Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison.
The company is also tipped to produce a hologram tour on the late Amy Winehouse.
Base Entertainment will use holographic technology to reproduce a lifelike projection of the icon.
The shows will also see original band members and backing singers perform on stage alongside the hologram.
Speaking about the upcoming tour Base Hologram’s CEO, Brian Becker, said: “Whitney Houston was a talent beyond words, and her influence and artistry transcended all boundaries.
“What we are creating here is a new type of theatrical concert experience designed to capture that magic.”
An Evening with Whitney will start in Sheffield on 25 February.
There will then be performances in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, as well as Birmingham, Bournemouth, Cardiff and Brighton before it ends in London on 10 March.
The hologram tour is also set to hit Europe, Mexico and North America, but details for future shows has yet to be confirmed.
Tickets for the UK and Ireland tour are available to buy now, with prices ranging from £28 to £70, depending on the day and venue.
