Where To Eat, Sleep and Shop In Milan... Like Kendall Jenner

From ELLE DECOR

Kendall Jenner might be a trendsetter and one of the fashion industry's most in-demand models, but who knew she's also a travel guide? When you're fashion's current it-girl, it means living life on-the-go, from hanging at home in Los Angeles one day to walking the catwalk in Paris the next, so it's no wonder she's picked up plenty of cool travel tips along the way.

Though she's known for flaunting designs on the runway, Kendall once told Teen Vogue that she "weirdly loves" interior design - so it's no wonder she's a pro at traveling in style to beautiful places.

She's covered everything from where to score vintage finds in London to the best burgers in St. Barth's as part a "Travel Diary" series on her subscription-based lifestyle app and website, s. Most recently, fresh off a visit to Milan for her third spring Fashion Week showing in Italy's style capital, Kendall dished on her top can't-miss Milan hotspots.

Read on for your Kendall-aproved Milan travel guide.

Where She Sleeps: The Bulgari Hotel

Traveling like Kendall doesn't come on the cheap, but it's certainly stylish.

"The Bulgari Hotel is insane," Kendall writes, "It's in a beautiful old building and the spa is legendary. Everything is so luxurious--just like the famous jewelry house's gems!"

The hotel is decked out in Italian furniture and black marble interiors, and has its own private 700-year-old garden. Plus with a wall of trees surrounding the property and its location on a gated street, it's the perfect place for someone who is looking for a bit of privacy.

Where She Eats:

1. Bianco Latte

"When I'm in Milan, I mostly snack on the go or order room service once I'm back at the hotel. If I do catch a quick break, I looove Bianco Latte," Kendall writes.

This trendy and adorable cafe has all the goods, from pastries to pasta, and gelato, which is clearly a favorite of the high fashion model.

"It's this cute cafe that serves food all day and has the best gelato."

2. Pizzeria Gino Sorbillo

Pizzeria Gino Sorbillo is known as one of Milan's best spots to grab a slice, and only uses fresh, organic flour and tomatoes to craft its pies. A long line is a frequent occurrence, but with 4.5 stars on both Yelp and Trip Advisor, you can bet it's worth the wait.

According to Kendall, English is not on the menu at this pizzeria, but it's no problem if you haven't brushed up on your Italiano lately.

"Just ask the waiter for recommendations," she advises. "No matter what you get, it will be amazing!"

3. Bar Luce

Kendall is also a fan of the charming, retro-inspired Bar Luce, which was designed by filmmaker Wes Anderson.

With a colorful interior and a design that evokes the feeling of being in a traditional Milanese cafe, Bar Luce is a distinctive experience. "I tried to make it a bar I would want to spend my own non-fictional afternoons in," Anderson notes on the bar's website.

Or as Kendall puts it, "It's a coffee shop and bar, but has fun arcade games, a jukebox, and an amazing candy selection and the coolest décor."

Where She Shops: 10 Corso Como

10 Corso Como is a shopping complex that has it all: a gallery, bookshop, a fashion and accessories boutique, and a cafe. At 10 Corso Como, it's about more than the shopping - it's a complete experience.

"It carries the most unique clothes and jewelry ever. I could spend a whole day here!" Kendall writes.

Even if you don't buy a thing, it's worth a trip just to admire the complex's stunning courtyard and check out a photography exhibition from the likes of Annie Leibovitz or David Bailey.

What She Does:

1. The Duomo

Milan's famous cathedral church, which is the largest in Italy and the fifth largest in the world, is first on Kendall's must-see list.

"Italy is known for its amazing architecture, so it's definitely worth a visit."

The marble 14th-century cathedral took hundreds of years to build, and today serves as the seat of the Archbishop of Milan. Visitors can also take a guided tour of the cathedral, where you'll explore its rooftops and terraces as well as an archeological area.

2. Fondazione Prada

This contemporary art and culture institution, also the home of the previously mentioned Bar Luce, is co-chaired by Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli. Here, literature, cinema, music, philosophy, art and science intersect through exhibitions, talks and screenings.

But out of everything going on here, what's Kendall's favorite part?

"The buildings are super sick - one structure, the 'Haunted House,' is wrapped in 24-karat gold foil!" Kendall writes.

Apparently, traveling like one of the world's highest paid models is totally achievable. A scoop of gelato, a slice of pizza and a gold-foil building?

Yea, we can do that.
