‘Unicorn tears’, a non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic drink by Dapper Coffee
Bedazzled yet? These shimmery drinks from Dapper Coffee are “made from pure joy, the laughter of children and dreams of kittens”, or so the folks from the Amoy Street café say.
Named “Unicorn Tears” and “Gold Brew”, what goes into these pretty beverages is a secret that is safely hidden behind ridiculous-sounding ingredients that change with every answer given by the owners.
As one of the over 100 exhibitors at the Singapore Coffee Festival 2016, which takes place from 9 June to 12 June, Dapper Coffee will be bringing in more of such experimental drinks and cakes to the table for both fans and non-fans of caffeine.
Other specialty coffee purveyors at Singapore’s first coffee-centric festival include Oriole Café, Common Man Coffee Roasters, Symmetry, Chye Seng Huat Hardware and Killiney Kopitiam.
During the three-day event held at the F1 Pit Building, attendees can also take part in workshops related to latte art and coffee brewing conducted by Common Man Coffee Roasters.

There will also be panel discussions and seminars on everything related to appreciating coffee, as well as live music stages by local singer-songwriters.
In addition to coffee, exhibitors will also be serving up a wide range of food options to deliver a full café experience to visitors.
Tickets to the Singapore Coffee Festival 2016 can be purchased $18 each, or $44 for a group of four, available from the Sistic website here.
