An exciting range of events takes place this weekend, from festivals focusing on fitness and sexual wellness, to celebrating Kindness Day with your family and friends.

Prepare yourself for 12 hours of action-packed fun in the second edition of this fitness festival. Work out with fitness celebrities and professionals, including The Sam Willows’ Sandra Riley Tang and top international fitness influencer Kayla Itsines from Australia. Explore the eight fitness discovery areas to have a crack at bouldering, calisthenics, parkour and more.

Join Singapore-based illustrator Marina A in this exclusive colouring workshop with the use of paint. She will share how to pick the right colour and how different colours can affect a composition’s mood through one’s comprehension of the colour wheel. She will also be holding her exhibition from 14 to 25 May.

Kindness Carnival

Enjoy a fun day out at the Kindness Carnival this year. Celebrated in conjunction with Kindness Day, visitors can expect a full day filled with fun games and delicious food. Highlights of this carnival include crafting origami daisies, an Olympiad-style obstacle course for children and having iftar with those present to mark the first weekend of the Muslim holy month Ramadan.

Catch the Ukrainian-American pianist in the third instalment of the Aureus Great Artists Series as she dazzles the crowd here in Singapore once again. The YouTube sensation has amassed over 160 million views so far and has recorded a wide variety of music exclusively for classical music record label Decca, including every piano concert by late pianist Sergei Rachmaninoff.

SPARK Fest

Learn how sexual wellness is able influence the overall wellness of a person in Asia’s first ever sexual wellness festival. Its founders, sex & relationship counsellor and TEDx speaker Erin Chen and yoga instructor Sinnead Ali, aims to provide a curated space to bring conversations about sex, pleasure and relationships into the open. The festival will feature a series of expert panels and talks, art installations and workshops for visitors. It will also host Asia’s first Sextech Hackathon, where it intends to solve sexual wellness challenges such as sexual harassment and fertility.
