Occupying 7,760 sq ft of space, the Japan Gourmet Hall SORA will be the largest restaurant across all four terminals of Changi Airport.
The 300-seater food hall will house six Japanese restaurant brands that serve dishes such as ramen, sashimi, tendon, okonomiyaki, and fusion Japanese food, desserts and beverages.
The six restaurant brands include Tendon Kohaku, Menya Takeichi, Kuro Maguro, Tokyo Sundubu, Tsuruhasi Fugetsu and Japoli Kitchen.
