Wang Xiaofei perplexed by divorce rumour
2 Nov – Chinese businessman Wang Xiaofei recently expressed puzzlement over the rumour that he and wife Barbie Hsu will be announcing their divorce soon.
As reported on Mingpao, Wang, who was contacted by the media regarding the said rumour, sent back a text message that read, "Where was it? When did I confirm that?"
The said rumour reportedly sparked in mainland China, with some netizens sharing online that a married couple will soon announce their divorce. The rumour continued by saying that the couple in question is a businessman and a Taiwanese actress.
Which could be just about anybody.
However, many speculated it to be Wang and Barbie, who previously made headlines following their online spat.
On the other hand, Barbie's camp stated that the rumour first circulated on Baidu a few days ago. Her mother added that she would rather not respond anymore to such gossips and that the family will only speak up when there is something important happening rather than debunk rumours.
