Vivian Dawson and Akemi spark romance rumours again
23 Nov – Although they previously denied dating each other, the closeness between actor Vivian Dawson and model Akemi Katsuki seem to signify otherwise.
As reported on Liberty Times, the two stars, who recently worked together on "Prince's Moving Castle 2", was spotted acting chummy with each other while working out at a gym in Xinyi District.
The sweet interaction between the two seemed to be in contrast to what they said in an interview last month.
When asked about their rumoured romance at the time, Vivian said that the two of them are good friends who share similar interests, while Akemi said that there is no chance for them to develop their relationship into something more.
"The two of us are more like brothers," she said.
On the other hand, when asked about the two celebrities' recent meeting, Vivian's manager responded, "We will respect the privacy of our artistes. As for his relationship with Akemi, we will let Vivian explain it himself. We're not at liberty to speak on his behalf."
However, his manager explained that Vivian is a qualified fitness trainer with a license from Australia, and that it's possible that he was just helping Akemi as a trainer.
