Vin Diesel expresses admiration for Ang Lee

1 Oct - "It's like a dream come true," said Hollywood action star Vin Diesel recently of his first cooperation with Taiwanese filmmaker Ang Lee.

As reported on Epoch Times, Diesel, who stars in Lee's upcoming groundbreaking film "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk", said that he is thankful for the opportunity given by Sony Pictures to work with the director.

"As an actor, it is a dream come true for me to work with Ang Lee. I have gained a lot from witnessing the work of such a master director," he enthused.

Diesel confirmed his participation in Lee's project earlier this year, and even shared a short clip with the director on Instagram in June, captioning it, "In these New York streets with my friend and director Ang Lee..."

He also admitted to have had an amazing experience of watching the movie in 120 frames per second, 4K HD, and 3D – encouraging fans to try and see it in the 120 frames version.

The upcoming movie will be making its world premiere at the New York Film Festival this month.
