Vin Abrenica to play one of the leads in "Wildflower"
15 Dec - Although it was previously reported that Vin Abrenica will make his Kapamilya teleserye debut through, "The Second Wife", the actor will instead play a meatier role in another drama, "Wildflower".
According to PEP News, the actor, who joined ABS-CBN back in May this year after ending his contract with TV5, reportedly will play the second leading man in the aforementioned drama, opposite Maja Salvador and Joseph Marco.
However, his role in the series is yet to be revealed.
The drama, which has a tagline that reads, "Revenge has never been this wild", has started filming on 5 December 2016. It tells the story of a woman named Lily who, after experienced difficulties under the hands of the Ardientes, transformed herself in order to exact revenge against her perpetrator.
The drama, scheduled for 2017 broadcast, also stars Joseph Marco, Priscilla Meirelles, Aiko Melendez, Sunshine Cruz, and Wendell Ramos.
