When it comes to watching relaxing and hypnotizing videos, there are a slew of *go-to* things you can watch online. Seriously, have you ever looked up macro and slow motion videos? They’re absolutely mesmerizing!

However, as much as we love watching things blow up in slow motion, watching this colorful coral move underwater might be our new favorite soul-soothing video.

Photographer Antonio Rodríguez Canto actually took over 25,000 photographs of coral over the course of a year and compiled the images into that spectacular visual achievement you just watched.

And don’t get us started on that song that accompanied the video (“Atmostra III” by Cedric Baravaglio, Jonathan Ochmann and Zdravko Djordjevic) — we were seriously in a trance for a few minutes!
