28 Aug – Netflix crime series, "The Victim's Game" was recently announced as one of the titles to be leading the nominations at the 55th Golden Bell Awards.
As reported on Mingpao, the drama which stars Joseph Chang and Moon Lee and revolves around a forensic scientist with Asperger's syndrome, gained several nominations including Best TV Series as well as Best Leading Actor and Best Newcomer for the two leads.
It also gained nominations in Best Writing, Best Cinematography, Best Film Editing, and Best Art and Design.
Two other mini-series, "The Making of an Ordinary Woman" and "Nowhere Man" also received eight nods each, with the latter earning nominations for Best TV Mini-Series, and Best Leading Actor in Mini-series for its lead star, which is also Joseph Chang.
The upcoming awards will be held at the National Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall on 26 September.
