Vicky Chan spends more time with mother after DUI

14 Jul – Hong Kong actress Vicky Chan recently revealed that there is a silver lining from her previous DUI, as it has now given her more time with her mother.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress whose driver's license has been suspended for 12 months following her drink-driving case in October last year, shared that there was no inconvenience in not being able to drive herself, as her mother has been driving her around to work since the incident.

"I really am grateful to mummy. Since I live far away, I got to spend a lot of time with her in the car and we really bonded," she said.

On the other hand, the actress who played Jenny in the long-running series, "Come Home Love - Lo and Behold", shared that she has been busy shooting the drama as usual, though her hosting jobs have been halted because of the pandemic.

Vicky also revealed that she has plans to go back to her family home in Canada as soon as the pandemic subsides, but will remain vigilant for now.
