17 Dec – Vic Sotto recently stated that he would welcome a film collaboration with Vice Ganda in future Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) project if there is one.
As reported on ABS-CBN News, the Kapuso TV personality, who was asked about such possibility, stated that he finds no issue working with the "It's Showtime" host, especially since he has already worked with Ganda's MMFF partner Coco Martin last year through "Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles".
"Nothing is impossible. I would like to believe we're friends. I have no rivals and I do not want any rival," he added.
It is noted that both Sotto and Ganda are familiar faces of the Metro Manila Film Festival. Sotto is part of the festival this year through "Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity" co-starring Maine Mendoza, while Ganda is the lead in "The Mall, The Merrier" alongside Anne Curtis.
Asked if such a project might be possible, Sotto said that they will cross the bridge when they get there.
"I am open to everything, for the sake of the Filipina film industry," he added.
The two movies will be released on 25 December.
