Vhong Navarro unsure of having another baby
16 Dec – Vhong Navarro recently admitted that he and wife Tanya Bautista are uncertain whether they should have a baby together.
As reported on Inquirer, the actor, who spoke about the topic of having children during a virtual conference for his new comedy movie, "Mang Kepweng: Ang Lihim ng Bandanang Itim", stated that it was Bautista who believes that it would be too late for them at this point in their lives to try for a baby.
It is noted that Navarro is 43, while his screenwriter wife is 37.
"It also had us thinking, 'We would be at a certain age and our child would still be too young," said Navarro, who already has two adult children who are now 24 and 22.
The actor admitted that the current situation also played a big part, what with the pandemic and the shutdown of ABS-CBN.
"You can't really tell what the future holds. Nothing is firmly in our grasp. Those are some of the things that crossed our minds during the pandemic," he said.
Navarro and Bautista tied the knot last year. The actor was married to Bianca Lapus in 1998, though the marriage did not last long and their annulment was granted in 2008.
