Choosing a photographer for your big day is one of the most important tasks to tick from the wedding to-do list with the hope of securing images fit for the family mantelpiece.

Newlyweds, Natural and Derek, posed for a series of photographs just off the coast of Taiwan decked in a frothy white gown and smart suit.

During the shoot, the bride and groom danced barefoot in the waves with the bride’s off-the-shoulder wedding dress (and schools of tropical fish) floating behind them.

But the event was a long time in the making, as Hong Kong-based photographer Daniel Tam had been planning the shoot for almost two years.

"Photography is away for me to create the vision in my head,” he said. “I try to use different ways to present relationships and feelings.”

“Everyone is unique and for this one, I just thought, if everything is floating, it should be fun.”
