Ummi Nazeera warns fans against Instagram scam

3 Sep – Ummi Nazeera recently cautioned fans not to fall victim to scammers who are using her name to cheat fans off their money.

On 1 September, the "Nur Kasih" actress posted several screenshots of instances whereupon an Instagram account using her name tried to approach other users by claiming that they have won an iPhone.

"I have already posted about this on IG Story a few months ago, but still a lot of people messaged me about this iPhone free giveaway. THIS IS NOT ME!" she posted. "Please DO NOT share your personal details!!"

Speaking about the said scam, Ummi said that there have been a lot of scammers using the same modus operandi to cheat her fans, but that none has succeeded yet.

The actress stressed that she will not hesitate to lodge a police report if such a scam continues.
