TVB unveils 16 anniversary projects at FILMART


21 Mar - TVB Assistant General Manager Felix To recently unveiled the 16 upcoming dramas for the company's golden jubilee at the Hong Kong FILMART.

As reported on HK01, To, who appeared alongside stars from the upcoming projects, shared that the anniversary slot will start in the second half of 2017, and will end in the first quarter of 2018.

Therefore, there is a possibility that the 2017 TVB Anniversary Awards, which would usually be held somewhere between mid-November and mid-December, will be postponed to a different date.

"It's possible for the awards show to be delayed, but I'm sure it won't be too far ahead. We don't want severe changes," he said.

The anniversary dramas which will be aired this year include Wong Cho Lam's "Oh My Grad!", the prequel to the hit 2014 drama, "Line Walker: Prelude", "Succession War" starring Ruco Chan and Shaun Tam, as well as the Louis Lee and Ha Yu- starrer, "Heart and Greed".

Other anniversary dramas that are currently in the works include Dicky Cheung's comeback drama, "The Learning Curve of a Warlord", the period drama, "Deep in the Realm of Conscience", as well as "My Ages Apart", starring Bobby Au Yeung and Moses Chan.
