If you love hard cider - and you do, because you're a person with tastebuds and a brain - you can now brew up your own batches of the stuff. Using the new Alchema home cider system, you can create delicious, alcoholic cider using your own leftover fruit! Talk about motivation to get healthy! Buy a bunch of apples, don't eat them, turn them into liquor. Drinkable magic!
Here's how it works, you use the Alchema app on your smartphone (so high tech!) to select the type of cider you want. Then, you put in the fruits, spices, and yeast. Then you press start. In two weeks, you've got a fresh batch of booze!
It makes around three wine bottles worth of alcohol at a time, and the batches have alcohol content that range from 3.2 percent to 10.8 percent.
