The trailer for Gore Verbinski’s new movie about a creepy spa is scary AF guys!
If you like being terrified beyond your wildest dreams, Gore Verbinski’s A Cure for Wellness looks scarier than all the horror movies you’ll watch on Netflix this month. Okay, so you might know this director as the guy responsible for several Pirates of the Caribbean movies, but don’t hold that against him — he also directed the American remake of The Ring! And this new psychological thriller looks so visually striking and terror-inducing that it could very well end up on a list of classic horror movies in years to come.
What’s it about, you ask? Well, there’s a mysterious treatment center in the Swiss Alps, and a guy with a VERY mysterious illness.
Dane DeHaan (The Amazing Spider Man 2) plays the lead. Mia Goth (Shia LaBeofs new betrothed), Celia Imrie (from Bridget Jones), and Jason Isaacs also star.
OMG. We’re never going to look at a spa treatment center the same way again! And seriously, you could close your eyes and just listen to the music in this trailer — it’s enough to make the hairs stand up on the back of your neck.
A Cure for Wellness doesn’t come out until February, so you have some time to mentally prepare yourselves to be totally freaked out. Now excuse us while we hide under a blanket for a while.
