Tracy Ip nervous about giving birth the second time
27 May – Currently pregnant with her second child, Tracy Ip admitted that she is still nervous about giving birth.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who spoke to the media about her second pregnancy recently, shared that although she is due to give birth next month, the foetus is particularly heavy this time around.
"Jake was born at 3.4kg even though he was born prematurely. The doctors estimated that if this baby is born full term, it might weigh more than 4kg," she said.
When asked if she has prepared thoroughly for labour, Tracy said that she has already prepared a bag filled with all the necessities.
"I still have a lot of things to do before the baby's birth. I am trying to stay relaxed and not tire myself," she said.
As to whether the baby will be a girl or another boy, the actress said that both she and husband Raymond Zhou decided to keep it a mystery.
"Jake is just a year-old, so he doesn't know that he is becoming a big brother. But we did have to give our [cat] some "counselling", because it loves some peace in the house, and now we're having another baby," she said, lightheartedly.
