New in town: TZUKA Cafe & Bistro in KL serves nature inspired drinks, croffles & Japanese rice bowls
TZUKA Cafe & Bistro is Kuala Lumpur’s latest cafe and bistro that has every crevice of the shop decorated with wood and bright green plants. Taking on a garden theme, they aim to bring customers some zen while sipping on specialty drinks and their “playful edibles”.
They have everything you need to satisfy your cravings— coffee, soft serve ice cream, pastries, and croffles, as well as savoury meals of rice, Japanese chazuke, and salad.
Most of TZUKA Cafe & Bistro’s main dishes are inspired by Japanese cuisine. The cafe and bistro serves Teriyaki Salmon (RM28), Curry Tempura Prawn (RM26), and Kabayaki Unagi (RM30). They even have chazuke, their take on a traditional Japanese dish that involves pouring hot genmaicha over rice; customers can choose between salmon or unagi.

To really immerse yourself in the garden theme, check out their nature inspired specialty sips like the Butterfly Cotton Candy (RM15), Citrus Sunriser (RM17), and Secret Eden (RM17).
What’s a meal without some dessert? This eatery has croffles served on a stick with toppings like Caramel Biscoff (RM15) and Ondeh Ondeh (RM16). Their soft serve comes in a variety of flavours as well, such as Snowy Croissant, Snowy Popcorn, and Snowy Biscoff Affogato, all for RM18 each.
