A new Instagrammable cafe has just opened its doors. Fleurato, a floral-themed cafe, opened in Singapore’s Orchard Rendezvous Hotel on 11 July 2022.
Fleurato’s name is a combination of the words flower and gelato. The cafe serves primarily desserts and drinks with botanical influences.
Quench your thirst with a variety of Fleurato’s teas, priced at S$8.90 each, like Rosy Earl Grey, made with assam leaves, citrus bergamot and rose, Singapore Dream, consisting of black tea, floral notes, tropical fruits and lemon peel, Melon Oolong, made with oolong infused with juicy melon and florals, and Secrets of Singapore, which features goji berries, a blend of tea leaves, florals and exotic fruits.
Fleurato’s tea mocktails are priced at S$8 for a medium portion and S$14 for a large portion. Dandellion Bomb is made with green apple and strawberry fresca, Tulip Passion Blast has passionfruit, mint juice and green tea lychee, while Snowdrop Delight has lemongrass and pandan juice.
Dig into Fleurato’s gelato flavours, which change occasionally. At the moment of writing, their gelato flavours are Honey Lavender, Lychee Rose, Osmanthus Long Jing, Mango Raspberry, Pomegranate, Dark Chocolate Sorbet, Nutella, Hokkaido Milk and Summerberries. A single scoop costs S$5.90 or S$6.90 depending on the flavour, while a double scoop costs S$10.90 or S$12.90.
Finally, Fleurato’s baked desserts are not to be missed. Dome Ispahan (S$14.90) is a gorgeous lychee rose cake served with berries and speculoos, while Shirakawa-Go (S$14.90) contains waffles with a single scoop of gelato and berries.
Enjoy a small platter of Fleurato’s desserts with M.P.C (S$14), which consists of a macaron, praline and canele.
With its gorgeous floral creations, Fleurato seems like the perfect place to visit for a date with your significant other.
