Tonton Gutierrez elated to work again
29 Sep – Although there are many protocols and rules to abide by in order to shoot the new series, "Walang Hanggang Paalam", Tonton Gutierrez is just happy to be able to work during the pandemic.
As reported on Rappler, the actor who is part of the new Dreamscape series, revealed on the virtual press conference that he was worried as to whether or not he would be able to make money for the family back when the lockdown was imposed around Metro Manila.
"I thought about it, until this came and I grabbed the opportunity to work again because I haven't been working for quite some time. So I said, it's about time to be working again," he stated.
As to the risk of working during the pandemic, Gutierrez said that he just had to tough it out.
"I thought to myself that if I don't do something, I might develop a fear of leaving the house or something like that. I have full trust towards ABS-CBN and the team that they would take care of us. So that pushed me," he added.
Gutierrez's last project was the drama comedy, "One of the Baes", which was aired last year on GMA Network. He also worked on the 2019 MMFF movie, "Mission Unstapabol: The Don Identity" and "Maledicto".
