Tiong Bahru Bakery has started serving the Afternoon Three Sum, an East-West take on dim sum served in three tiers that incorporates both local and French flavours.

The dish combines best-selling items from the bakery’s a la carte menu and never-before-seen exclusives by their team of professional bakers and chefs.

The top tier of the dish features some of the bakery’s favourites such as a pulled pork finger sandwich and a baked ham-and-cheese sandwich.

French goodies can be found in the second tier, with popular delicacies such as a zesty lemon curd sprinkled with calamansi zest and a Valrhona dark chocolate tart set in a buttery crust filled with dulce de leche included.

The bottom tier showcases locally influenced desserts including the pandan tarlette and coconut cheesecake, as well as a blue pea and yuzu verine panacotta.

Tiong Bahru Bakery is one of the first French bakeries in Singapore and offers a range of pastries and artisanal bread. The eatery is especially known for its croissants and kouign amanns.

The Afternoon Three Sum is priced at $25 at its Eng Hoon Street and Tangs Orchard outlets and $23.40+ at its Raffles City Shopping Centre outlet. The dish is available daily from 3pm to 5pm at all outlets.
