Timmy Hung denies cheating on wife
18 Dec – Hong Kong actor Timmy Hung has finally spoken up about allegations of extra-marital affairs and denied cheating on wife Janet Chow.
As reported on Mingpao, rumours of Timmy's affairs sparked recently after sources claimed to have seen him checking into a hotel with another woman.
It was said that the actor, who was in mainland China earlier this month, went out for a drink with a group of friends, only to leave with an unknown woman and went into a local hotel together.
Timmy, who returned to Hong Kong recently, stated that the whole thing was a misunderstanding and that he never cheated on his wife.
"I understand that netizens who read the news must have made their own conclusions. However, I hope people will not judge something on the surface," he said.
The actor stated that he did not cheat on his wife, and that he will ensure such an incident would not happen again.
On the other hand, Milkyway Hairun Artists Limited explained that the woman in question was only helping Timmy, who was too drunk to return on his own.
The company also stated that Timmy has also explained the incident to them and promised to be cautious in the future.
