Tiffany Trump Announces Engagement in a Midi Dress & Glittering Heels
As President Donald Trump’s term comes to an end, his youngest daughter Tiffany Trump had news to share of her own.
The 27-year-old lawyer announced on Instagram today that her longtime boyfriend and business executive Michael Boulos officially popped the question. Sharing her first image with her now-fiancé, the engaged couple posed outside the White House in coordinating ensembles; Tiffany herself modeled a midi-length black puff-sleeve dress matched to embellished heels. The pumps appeared to measure over 4 inches in height.

“It has been an honor to celebrate many milestones, historic occasions and create memories with my family here at the White House, none more special than my engagement to my amazing fiancé Michael!,” wrote the first daughter in her caption. “Feeling blessed and excited for the next chapter!”
When it comes to the first daughter‘s typical style, she tends to opt for twists on classic wares. In addition to leg-lengthening nude pumps, the University of Pennsylvania alum is also a fan of black or white pointed-toe stilettos, as well as sleek sneakers and ballet flats. Among her favorite labels is Aruna Seth, and she has several times opted for the designer’s butterfly-adorned silhouettes for public appearances.
As President Trump’s time in office nears its final day, the nation is still fumbling with the controversies that overtook the news cycle surrounding his office thus far in 2021. Last week, the House of Representatives started its impeachment trials for President Trump following the violent riots led by his supporters that took place at the United States Capitol on Jan. 6. The articles of impeachment were introduced by House Democrats under the charge of “incitement of insurrection.” As the House officially voted to impeach President Trump last Wednesday, the decision now moves to the Senate, who must confirm the charges with a two-thirds vote.
The hearings last week are part of the second impeachment trials held against President Trump — the first took place from December 2019 to February 2020. The initial case ended in a Senate acquittal of the president on both impeachment articles.
In addition, President Trump also announced that he and Melania will not be in attendance at tomorrow’s inauguration ceremony of Joe Biden, making him the first president in modern times to skip his successor’s swearing-in. The president instead, according to a report from NPR, plans to hold his own departure ceremony at Joint Base Andrews before jetting off to his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, where he will reside for the time being.
